He led the post-merger integration of Navigos Group, Vietnam’s largest HR services provider. Since 2014, he has served as its representative, supporting over 15,000 companies annually including local, foreign, and Japanese firms through platforms such as VietnamWorks and Navigos Search.

While still in university, Morio began designing and developing web services. Since then, he has spent over 15 years building HR tech products from the ground up across Japan, Vietnam, and Europe. His mission is to break down barriers of borders, language, and life stages through technology and data creating a world where talent flows seamlessly.
In Japan, he launched a company review platform that scaled user submissions from hundreds per month to five digits. This strengthened his expertise in visualizing employee voices and increasing transparency in hiring.
Later, in Vietnam, he led the planning and launch of multiple job-matching platforms, growing annual revenue to seven-figure USD levels within a few years. He managed multinational dev teams and designed a local PM training program, producing independent product managers from within his team.
In Europe, he founded a remote work matching service that connected over 100 women facing caregiving or parenting constraints with companies across the continent proving a model that reduces distance and life-stage limitations.
More recently, he has developed AI-powered tools such as interview bots and multilingual communication assistants. These innovations reduced communication cycles between dev teams from 20 to 1, and cut recruiter workloads by over 30%, proving the value of AI-human collaboration in boosting productivity.
At Talented, Morio leads:
Design of AI/LLM-based matching and communication infrastructure
Development and standardization of global lab operations
Talent development in product management, with a focus on psychological safety and well-being
He is also engaged in research that connects psychology with product management, and supports young PMs through lectures and workshops.

In advanced economies such as Japan, Europe, and the U.S., declining working-age populations have led to serious labor shortages. Meanwhile, in emerging regions like Southeast Asia and India, a new generation of highly motivated young professionals is working hard to build better careers.
While aging societies are addressing labor gaps through robotics, senior engagement, and greater inclusion of women, the recruitment of foreign talent has become essential.
Looking ahead, highly skilled international professionals will play an even more vital role enabling companies not only to overcome talent shortages but also to expand and grow into overseas markets.
Technological progress has made it possible to work without being physically present, and to communicate even without sharing the same language. In this era of rapid change in markets, societies, and technology sustainable growth will require innovation and the ability to create new value.
